13 sports, hands-on
Kids try hockey, basketball, volleyball, floorball, table tennis, rugby, judo, water polo, and more, with real coaches from real Prague clubs.
A weekend where your kids try real sports, hear live music, and you get to just be together. No screens. Fun for all. And Prague at its best.
If you live in Prague, you’ve probably heard the name Sparta. What many newcomers don’t realize is that AC Sparta is the oldest and most venerated sports club association in the Czech Republic, founded in 1893, with a tradition spanning generations. Today, the AC Sparta Sports Club Association brings together 13 different sports under one roof: hockey, basketball, volleyball, floorball, table tennis, rugby, judo, water polo, and more.
SPARTAFEST is where that whole tradition comes to life for families. For one weekend, all 13 clubs open up, and your kids get to try the real thing: real coaches, real gear, hands-on activities.

Alongside the sports, SPARTAFEST brings a full lineup of mainstream Czech music, the kind of artists you’ll hear on the radio and see your Czech neighbors excited about. This year’s lineup includes Pavel Callta, Michal Hrůza, Anna K., Grey256, and Lake Malawi, with more to be announced.
Whether you already know the names or you’re discovering Czech music for the first time, it’s a great way to feel a little more plugged into the culture around you.
We live in a world where it’s easy to spend a whole weekend on separate devices, even sitting in the same room. SPARTAFEST is built to be the opposite of that: a place to gather, move, cheer, and talk to each other, in person, for a full day.
Bring the kids. Bring a picnic blanket. Let them run around and try a new sport while you catch up with friends or make new ones. This is what a third place looks like: not home, not school, not the office, just a space to be a family and a community together.

A ball, a racket, or a beat doesn’t need translating. Sport and music speak for themselves.

Our official mascot roams the grounds all weekend for photos and high-fives.

A full lineup of mainstream Czech artists your family can enjoy together.

Meet athletes from across Prague’s sports scene, including last year’s appearance from football legend Jan Koller.

Activities are built for kids and parents to do side by side, not separately.
